The MEP&U Coordinator will serve as the technical authority and strategic driver behind the successful design, execution, and integration of all MEP systems across multiple phases of the project. It will oversee complex, high-value scopes of work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that systems are delivered to the highest standards of safety, performance, and efficiency. This role requires deep expertise in Underground Utilities & MEP infrastructure, strong leadership, and the ability to operate with High visibility and accountability. MEP&U Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all incoming utility services such as Water, Power, Communications, Sewer, Irrigation, LPG and Natural Gas with their respective agencies.
Provide strategic oversight and leadership for MEP contractors, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning on multi-phase projects including Multifamily and Hospitality campus.
Serve as the primary MEP point of contact for the project owner, external utilities, contractor, and executive stakeholders.
Lead MEP and Utility related project controls and budget health, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Oversee cross-functional alignment between design and construction and Utilities company's teams to ensure full system integration and operational readiness.
Build strong partnerships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of long-lead equipment and critical components.
Ensure all MEP workstreams are synchronized with structural, architectural, and civil scopes to minimize field conflicts and maximize project efficiency.
Support reviews and executive reporting sessions, providing visibility into schedule adherence, cost performance, and system risk assessments.
Oversee the handoff process to Owner and operations teams, ensuring system readiness, documentation completeness, and operational reliability.
Lead root-cause analysis and issue resolution for complex technical challenges that impact performance or schedule.
Responsible for all QA/QC Testing for all MEP installations and ensure compliance with local, national, and international codes.
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of field experience in Mechanical Systems, Electrical systems Utilities and Plumbing on a Multifamily/Housing development.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or similar).
Strong understanding of Mechanical/Electrical systems, materials, testing, and installation practices.
Underground Dry Utilities knowledge preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of industry codes and standards
Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes.
Familiarity with project management software and workflows
Lean Construction Practices and Documentation experience.

The Role
Abridge is seeking a Nurse Scientist to drive the development of our AI-powered nursing documentation tools. The ideal candidate is a current/former Practicing Nurse with a strong background in Nursing Informatics and technical expertise, blending clinical knowledge with experience using informatics to drive the development of new technologies. In this role, you will help shape AI-driven documentation tools, ensuring our models generate accurate, high-quality nursing notes that enhance nurses' efficiency and patient care. You'll work closely with engineers, researchers, and other clinicians to refine AI models, validate outputs, and develop new capabilities that improve documentation workflows. This is a high-impact opportunity to be a part of developing the product that will help nurses concentrate on what matters most- connecting with patients and delivering exceptional care.
What You'll Do
* Develop and refine AI-driven nursing documentation tools using clinical expertise and collaborating with prompt engineers.

The Admissions RN is a registered nurse and an Interdisciplinary Team member whose primary responsibility is to present ANCHOR Hospice services and philosophy to patients and families in a manner that results in the admission of appropriate patients.
Participation in the information gathering, analysis, education and form completion aspects of the admissions process
Evaluate patients for hospice appropriateness, e.g. medical records review as requested.
Obtain agreement for admission of referred patients and families who meet admission criteria.
Analyze data collected by the LPN to facilitate/obtain admission orders
Build effective referral source relationships to support the high quality and responsiveness expectations associated with ANCHOR HOSPICE.
Maintain clinical and professional competence.
Take the initiative in developing effective relationships internally with the appropriate admissions and patient care resource persons.
Utilize interpersonal skills to help appropriately educate and address any questions the patient and/or patient's family has concerning hospice and palliative care.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of the principles of the intake, admission, and transition to care process with the ability to further develop skills in these competency areas.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families, physicians, referral sources and colleagues.
Knowledge of clinical manifestations of diseases and ability to develop ANCHOR specific clinical knowledge.
Ability to use the ANCHOR information system and mobile EMR platforms.
