VANTAGE DRILLING CEO and leadership

Ihab Toma joined the First Reserve Senior Advisor Program in 2014. In this role, Mr. Toma is expected to leverage his broad offshore and deepwater, as well as global oilfield services, experience to enhance First Reserve’s portfolio and expertise in these sectors. Most recently, Mr. Toma served as EVP and Chief of Staff at Transocean where his career also included roles as EVP of Operations, EVP of Global Business and SVP of Marketing & Planning. Previously, he held various roles at Schlumberger, including Vice President of Sales & Marketing, President of Schlumberger Information Solutions and various other Oilfield Services, Wireline, Dowell and GeoQuest positions. Mr. Toma currently serves on the Board of Paradigm Geophysics, a seismic imaging and reservoir modeling business. He holds a B.S. from Cairo University.

Ahmed Mahmoud is a marine chief engineer at VANTAGE DRILLING INTERNATIONAL and is based in Egypt.

Alan Sumagaysay is a Chief Officer /Master license - DPO at VANTAGE DRILLING INTERNATIONAL and is based in Region, Philippines. He has worked as Chief Officer / Master License - DPO at OSM Crew Management AS. Alan studied at John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University between 1990 and 1994.

Experienced Chief CompEx Electrician with a demonstrated history of working in the Oil & Gas industry. Skilled in Gas, Petroleum, and Engineering. Strong engineering professional graduated from South African Naval Dockyard. With particular emphasis on Safety and accuracy.

Chairil Anam is a Chief Engineer at VANTAGE DRILLING INTERNATIONAL and is based in Środkowa, Indonezja. He has worked as Chief Engineer at Katla Shipping L.L.C., Chief Engineer at Whitesea Shipping and Supply L.L.C., and Seccond Engineer at Britoil Offshore Service Pte. Ltd..

Work in the construction and pipe lay end of the industry since i was 17 years old. I have been a chief engineer since 2002 with Global Ind, Dynamic, Tetra tech, and Bisso Marine

I have worked on dynamic positioning vessels, pipelay,derick, dredg, and anchor set barges, and have run the maintenance, electrical,and hydraulic crews for all of them.

I have earned the respect and confadence of all the personel that have worked for me and the managment that i have worked for.

Darek Uciński is a Chief Officer/Night OIM at VANTAGE DRILLING INTERNATIONAL and is based in دبي, United Arab Emirates. He has worked as Chief Officer/Senior DPO at Sealion Shipping Ltd, Senior DPO at VANTAGE DRILLING INTERNATIONAL, and Chief Officer/ Senior DPO at Sisma Enterprise SND BHN. Darek attended Petrofac between 2015 and 2015, Apave Mare Training Centre between 2015 and 2015, and Gdynia Maritime University between 2005 and 2005.

Doug Halkett is a COO at VANTAGE DRILLING INTERNATIONAL. He has worked as Division Manager at TRANSOCEAN LTD.. Doug attended Heriot-Watt University between 1977 and 1981.

Presently working in Vantage since Feb 2018 as Chief Electrician and worked on various 6th and 5th Generation Ultra Deepwater Drill ships. Experienced in all Rig based Electrical Systems and gone through below Trainings and Certifications
