Our client is a leading Fine Arts Services firm with the goal of providing excellence and dependability in customer service. The firm works with galleries, museums, designers, and private collectors throughout the fine art and design industry. They seek an organized, dedicated Warehouse Manager for their Bozeman, MT office.
The Warehouse Manager manages all warehouse activities and supports the Art Handlers in the field as needed. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the safe and secure handling and storage of artwork. The successful candidate understands that the safety and security of artworks and team members is vital to both the individual and company success. This role requires a strong background in Warehousing or Logistics. A background in construction and/or a strong mechanical aptitude is preferred.
The Warehouse Manager works in the warehouse and in the field as needed and, in the office. The normally scheduled work day is from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, the work day may begin before 8 a.m. and extend past 5:00 p.m., as necessary to complete the required work.
Position requires occasional work on weekends. Advance notice for weekend jobs may not always be available, but will be communicated as soon as the Office is made aware of the request. Weekend scheduling will be rotated among the employees
This position is full-time and offer a competitive hourly wage based upon experience.
Key responsibilities:
· Prepares work orders and schedules all billable warehouse services to be performed.
· Responsible for performing the receiving function per company process.
· Responsible for managing and resolving the process of receiving damaged freight per company process.
· Responsible for performing the Condition Reporting process
· Maintain a warehouse calendar for all current, future and pending jobs.
· Response for ensuring the ArtLogic Database is current, and private view are created.
· Performing client research request.
· Responsible for labeling all items in the warehouse.
· Create delivery and pickup tickets using ArtLogic.
· Providing Art Handlers field support such as delivering needed items on jobsites, or any other task requiring assistance.
· Communicate with customers in a professional manner.
· Document all client communications in writing.
· Responsible for maintaining an organized and clean warehouse.
· Other duties as assigned.

**Control Tower Leadership & End-to-End Visibility**

+ Proven hands-on experience with leading **control tower platforms** (FourKites, Project44, Tive, Overhaul, SAP Control Tower, Blue Yonder Control Tower, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or hospitality leadership.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Proven leadership skills with experience supervising and training teams.
Excellent communication abilities-professional, clear, and solution-oriented.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules, fleet management, and transportation safety regulations.
Ability to make quick, effective decisions while maintaining composure under pressure.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record; CDL preferred but not required.
Comfortable driving in mountain terrain, snow, and icy conditions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Fast-paced hospitality environment requiring flexibility and adaptability.
Frequent driving in varying weather and terrain conditions.
Must be able to sit for extended periods while driving, as well as stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Regular weekend, evening, and holiday work required during peak seasons.
Frequent collaboration with multiple departments across the Ranch to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required; must be comfortable driving in snow and icy conditions.
