We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to play a key role in launching and operating this new facility. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience running warehouse operations, supporting deployments, and helping establish scalable systems and processes from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations & Process Management Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including build teams, pick/pack, shipping, receiving, inventory, and order management. Help establish and refine warehouse processes, workflows, and SOPs to support operational scale and accuracy. Support deployment activities, including kitting, staging, and fulfillment for field installations. Assist with warehouse layout planning, space optimization, and material flow. Manage warehouse equipment and infrastructure (loading docks, forklifts, pallet jacks, safety and fire inspections, etc.). Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Utilize and support a Warehouse Management System to manage inventory, orders, and warehouse operations. Work closely with operations leadership on system adoption, data accuracy, and process alignment. NetSuite experience strongly preferred, particularly if used as a WMS or integrated ERP solution. Team Leadership & Training Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training warehouse staff for the new Chattanooga location. Provide day-to-day guidance and support to ensure productivity, accuracy, and engagement. Reinforce safety standards, operational best practices, and company policies. New Warehouse Launch Partner with the Senior Warehouse Manager on all aspects of the warehouse opening. Assist with warehouse setup, organization, system implementation, and go-live readiness. Support coordination between Canada, Florida, and Tennessee teams during launch. Payroll & Administration Support payroll processing and administrative tasks related to warehouse staff. Maintain accurate operational and personnel records in compliance with company policies. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or warehouse management. 7-10 years of experience supporting warehouse setup, process development, and operational scale. Hands-on experience with a Warehouse Management System (NetSuite preferred). Familiarity with deployment, kitting, or logistics operations is a strong asset. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Effective communication and team leadership abilities. Ability to travel to Florida for initial training. Located in or willing to relocate to Chattanooga, TN.

Knows and upholds all AS9100d work instructions and Blend Supply operating systems. Pick, Package and Ship all orders according to Blend Supply Standards. Ensure safety, productivity, and quality in all distribution operations. Ensure warehouse always stays neat and organized. Consistent communication and collaboration regarding orders, stocking, quality, and other vital information for decision making. Work with members of management and quality assurance for prioritization and objectives. Ensure that work is performed consistently with Blend Supply policies and procedures. Knows all aspects of the DC and can perform effectively and efficiently all tasks. Cycle count daily. Perform other duties as assigned. As we continue to scale our operations, we are opening a new warehouse in Chattanooga, TN, in March 2026. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to play a key role in launching and operating this new facility. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience running warehouse operations, supporting deployments, and helping establish scalable systems and processes from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations & Process Management * Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including build teams, pick/pack, shipping, receiving, inventory, and order management. * Help establish and refine warehouse processes, workflows, and SOPs to support operational scale and accuracy. * Support deployment activities, including kitting, staging, and fulfillment for field installations. * Assist with warehouse layout planning, space optimization, and material flow. * Manage warehouse equipment and infrastructure (loading docks, forklifts, pallet jacks, safety and fire inspections, etc.). Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) * Utilize and support a Warehouse Management System to manage inventory, orders, and warehouse operations. * Work closely with operations leadership on system adoption, data accuracy, and process alignment. * NetSuite experience strongly preferred, particularly if used as a WMS or integrated ERP solution. Team Leadership & Training * Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training warehouse staff for the new Chattanooga location. * Provide day-to-day guidance and support to ensure productivity, accuracy, and engagement. * Reinforce safety standards, operational best practices, and company policies. New Warehouse Launch * Partner with the Senior Warehouse Manager on all aspects of the warehouse opening. * Assist with warehouse setup, organization, system implementation, and go-live readiness. * Support coordination between Canada, Florida, and Tennessee teams during launch. Payroll & Administration * Support payroll processing and administrative tasks related to warehouse staff. * Maintain accurate operational and personnel records in compliance with company policies. Qualifications * Proven experience in warehouse operations or warehouse management. * 7-10 years of experience supporting warehouse setup, process development, and operational scale. * Hands-on experience with a Warehouse Management System (NetSuite preferred). * Familiarity with deployment, kitting, or logistics operations is a strong asset. * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. * Effective communication and team leadership abilities. * Ability to travel to Florida for initial training. * Located in or willing to relocate to Chattanooga, TN.
