The Work:
Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:

* Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations
* Architect E2E solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add on partner solutions

* Lead small teams - helping them achieve transformational roadmaps - onsite with clients or within Accenture

Qualification
Here's what you need:
* Minimum of 7 years of SAP functional and technical experience/expertise in Transportation Management (TM).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Consumer Goods clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
* Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Consumer Goods clients
* Experience managing SAP delivery teams, in a Global Delivery Model, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, as well as leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live in the SAP TM area
* Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

The functions and performance requirements will vary with workflow, but generally the job responsibilities unique to this position could include all or a portion of the following:
* Responsible for monitoring the designated work area and ensure critical tasks are being completed by the team in a timely manner.
* Responsible for making critical decisions to prioritize work tasks based on volumes and daily operation needs.
* Must be able to work under pressure to meet business and department demands.
* Responsible for the daily training and monitoring of assigned team within the designated areas and in other areas as needed.
* Responsible for following and monitoring all safety related tasks in the department to ensure they are being followed based on standards.
* Expected to provide suggestion/recommendation to managementin any areas of opportunities related to the day-to-day operation and improvements of processes and/or people within the Depot.
* Responsible for understanding the reporting, efficiencies, inventory, and quality of the IDC operation.
* Must demonstrate attention to detail and display a high level of accuracy with all work performed.
* Proven strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to optimally prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Requires perseverance, a positive demeanor, and the ability to train and work well with others in and outside of the department and business units.
* Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently or with little supervision.
* Must be able to always communicate in an effective and professional manner and apply business interpersonal skills.
* Must be adaptable, flexible, and open to change work requirements based on business and areas of needs.
* Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties in the support of the IDC all the while consistently meeting company focus five standards for customer, safety, quality, delivery and profit.
* Other tasks, departments as assigned and or required by business needs.
* Requires intermediate to expert level Power-point/ Excel/ Word/ Outlook skills.
* 6-12 months of experience in a Lead role or proven ability to lead others.
* Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
* Must have ability to communicate in an effective manner and practice good communication skills at all times.
* Must have demonstrated excellence inWarehouse Associate job functions.
* Requires self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.

There are lifting and moving requirements up to 40 pounds.
