Position: Armed Transportation Officers
Duties: transporting, guarding, and escorting detainees.
Requirements: US citizen, 21 years of age, 3 years' combined experience with either law enforcement, military, or corrections, pass a background check, high school diploma/GED, meet armed security license requirements, CDL required with passenger endorsement , air break endorsement required, bi-lingual preferred, prior federal clearance preferred, pass a drug test, and be in overall good physical health.
Pay: $45 Hourly
Benefits: vacation, sick leave, health insurance options.

International Logistics and Traffic Manager - Bethlehem, PA The International Logistics and Traffic Manager oversees the shipment process of materials and goods from vendors to the manufacturing plant to the end customer. Key responsibilities include managing the drayage, intermodal, and land shipments; facilitate shipper, carrier, and customer communication to positively impact existing and new relationships; problem-solve issues and manage orders from inception through customer delivery.
**This position is onsite 5 days per week in Bethlehem, PA**
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily management and coordination of shipments with both shippers and carriers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments. May involve decision making on LTL, FTL, Rail, Air, and International
- Utilize logistics to optimize shipping and transport procedures
- Manage shipper, carrier, and customer relationships
- Own day-to-day logistics operations, as needed.
- Update and report on key performance metrics to drive improvement efforts throughout the delivery process.
- Monitor shipment costs and productivity processes.
- Provide collaborative and prompt interaction with partnering team members and management.
- Review shipping documents to ensure accuracy and correct any shipping errors.
- Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required Company standards.
- Develop processes to make the shipping process more efficient and organized.
- Organize training sessions for employees (e.g. proper use of machines and handling of hazardous material)
Requirements:
- College degree preferred
- 7-8 years of previous logistics or traffic management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Thorough knowledge of logistics/manufacturing principles and ideologies
- Experience with international shipments of hazardous material
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong pro-active, analytical, problem-solving, planning and organization skills
- Familiarity with logistics software, practices, and safety standards
