Responsibilities
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and shipping department, including transportation requirements. They will manage a team of direct reports to coordinate the movement of finished goods through the warehouses, rotating the finished goods inventory, and picking/packing/shipping the finished goods in compliance with company and customer requirements. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for maintaining the safety, security, sanitation and cleanliness of the warehouses, docks and all related equipment. They will direct activities to limit costs, improve accuracy, and maintain exceptional customer service.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:
Implement and assure all company safety programs and policies are followed.
Track and maintain all shipping related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure productivity, quality and service level goals are exceeded.
Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate/review staff as required.
Oversee warehouse supervisors and direct tasks and projects.
Monitor and administer all backorders and substitutions.
Promptly communicate backorders to customer service.
Daily verification and reconciliation of ERP system including finished goods and raw materials.
Oversee all warehouses spend and variances.
Coordinate and manage cycle count and physical inventory process.
Ensure all warehouse equipment is maintained and functional.
Order all materials and supplies for the warehouse and shipping department.
Lead yearly reviews and goal setting for all direct and indirect reports.
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in distribution, logistics, or related field preferred.
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
Strong computer literacy with Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and Internet along with Warehouse Management System.
Experience operating forklift equipment is preferred.
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and work ethics.
Ability to successfully multi-task in a fast pace environment.
Must be certified in CPR, First Aid and Blood borne Pathogens.

**Responsibilities**
+ Supervise a team of 12-14 associates in a warehouse setting focused on receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment.

Role Key Requirements:

Job Summary
The Inventory Manager is responsible for managing policy and procedure, compliance, inventory, receiving orders, and all other operational objectives of Ayr Wellness store operations. This position is responsible for ensuring all employees of the dispensary are accountable to these same responsibilities. This position manages the inventory team to improve accuracy, training, and execution of operational initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and execute all inventory specific initiatives as outlined on the master calendar
Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly through the store team.

Ensure the store is audit compliant and achieves acceptable scores.
