Conduct needs assessment for the Medication Distribution Center program, perform research and data collection and serve on task forces to implement services.

What You'll Do as a Regional Warehouse Operations Lead:
The Regional Warehouse Operations Lead is a key member of the Supply Chain team responsible for ensuring operational excellence and continuity across Tech Electronics' regional warehouse network. This role provides hands-on leadership to maintain uninterrupted warehouse and inventory functions across multiple sites, particularly during planned or unplanned staff absences, and serves as the primary trainer for new warehouse personnel.
Operating with a high level of autonomy, professionalism, and cross-site coordination, this individual will drive inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and service consistency throughout the regional network. The position carries direct accountability for transactional accuracy-including system entries, adjustments, reconciliations, and related documentation-and plays a key role in standardizing best practices across locations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Provide on-site warehouse coverage at any Tech Electronics location during employee vacation, leave of absence, or attrition.
* Execute day-to-day material handling operations including shipping, receiving, staging, cycle counting, and system entry using company ERP tools.
* Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately and timely, following established ERP/WMS protocols.
* Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation and resolve variances between physical and system records.

Required Qualifications
+ Education: BS/BA Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Advanced education preferred or related work experience.

+ Knowledge: Must have sufficient experience and training and possess full knowledge of the requirements for operation of the plant, including detailed familiarity and experience with applicable safety standards, environmental laws, techniques of continuous improvement, people development, and knowledge of process equipment and machinery.

The National Field Response (NFR) team takes the ASPCA's commitment to animals to the very doorsteps where help is needed. The team travels from coast to coast responding to requests from law enforcement and animal welfare professionals with the primary goal of removing animals from crisis situations created by natural disasters, animal abuse, hoarding or neglect.
The Fleet and Transport Manager works under the leadership of the Director of Field Logistics, Fleet and Warehouse Operations with a geographical focus on the Greater St. Louis metro area. This roles primary responsibility is to manage NFRs fleet of vehicles and transport animals or supplies during national field operations and animal transport efforts. Additional responsibilities include oversight of personnel at temporary operations, on transports, and assisting with warehouse operations as needed. The Manager, Fleet and Transport, will also support both the planning and on the ground coordination for transports; ensuring compliance with all fleet, animal, and personnel safety measures.
Compensation
Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, training, experience, location, business needs, internal equity, market demands or budgeted amount for the role.
