About the Role

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of manufacturing operations experience
3-5+ years supporting ERP systems (D365 strongly preferred; SAP/Oracle acceptable)
Experience with MES, SCM, PLM, or other manufacturing systems
Proven experience designing, mapping, and improving manufacturing processes
Strong data analysis skills (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)

* Ensure timely and accurate completion of all necessary reports and paperwork related to customers, vendor and government agencies.
* Coordinate daily, weekly, monthly and annual activities for vendors, including all SAP activities, daily lot and inventory control, monthly inventory reconciliation, cycle count program, physical inventory count, etc.
* Report needs for maintenance of the facility, material handling equipment and vehicle fleet, and any property issues to your manager.

Warehouse Operations Manager - Greenfield, IN
This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end processes within the Receiving, Warehousing and Distribution areas of the business. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, driving capital and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring quality standards are achieved, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do:
* Leadership/Management - Lead and manage all activities within the Receiving; Warehousing; Material Handling; Shipping; and inventory processes. Develop a deep understanding of the end to end workflow to identify areas for improvement.
* Continuous Improvement - Drive Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, MDI) to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and achieve operational excellence. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Team Leadership - Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to team members within the different areas. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and engagement among employees. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance metrics.
* Customer Focus - Ensure customer requirements are met by delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. Work closely with other functions, including: Engineering, Quality, OpEx, CX, etc., to address customer needs and concerns effectively.
* Safety and Compliance - Promote and enforce a safe work environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
* Resource Planning and Management - Manage resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet production schedules and demand forecasts. Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
* Cost Control - Monitor and control costs, identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency. Develop and manage budgets for the assigned are of responsibility.
* Reporting and Communication - Prepare and present regular reports on performance, including production output, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives. Communicate effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders to align on business objectives.
* Automation and Best Practices Implementation - Identify, evaluate, and implement automation technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency, reduce manual processes, and enhance overall performance. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and technology teams to deploy solutions that align with business goals. Stay informed of emerging trends in automation and process optimization to maintain a competitive edge.
What You Need to Succeed:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field required.
* 5-7 years combined experience in Warehousing and Distribution required.
* 3-5 years' experience in automated high-volume Warehousing and Distribution facility preferred
* Microsoft AX Dynamics experience preferred
* Demonstrated ability to drive results in a Warehouse and Distribution business
* Proven strategic planning ability, project management skills, and track record of supporting profitable business growth.
* Proven experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees and manages all local operations for the assigned office location, including the efficient handling of inventory, management of warehouse/technician staff, and coordination of deliveries to ensure patient needs are met promptly.
Essential Functions
Provide guidance with all direct reports, including delivery and warehouse technicians within the local office.
Prioritize our patients and ensure that deliveries assigned to your local office are completed in accordance with our expected delivery timelines.
Double-check delivery routes for accuracy and ensure all delivery technicians are equipped for their upcoming routes. Provide guidance on any questions that may arise before, during, or after deliveries.
Train staff on how to properly conduct delivery paperwork and work with outside departments to correct any errors.
Act as a liaison between our scheduling department and your team of technicians to ensure team cohesion.
Audit and report inventory to the purchasing team while making recommendations on which items to restock through the use of order/purchasing SOP.
Oversee the inventory reconciliation process for the local office.
Oversee the loading, unloading, movement, or storage of all equipment and items within the warehouse and office space.
Scan all new inventory into the inventory management system on the day of delivery. Provide packing slips to the accounting department.
Maintain warehouse processes and equipment workflows, including the red, yellow, and green section.
Conduct or help facilitate the completion of any warehouse day-end checklists.
Follow the recruiting and hiring process and collaborate with the talent acquisition team for all open positions that report up through this role.
Ensure adherence to all training processes.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the operations and sales teams and maintain open lines of communication throughout all other departments of the organization.
Follow the Fleet Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team/Fleet Management Department to ensure all vehicles are compliant with local laws and are in working and safe condition.
Utilize Zubie or other provided GPS tools to manage and audit technicians' vehicle consumption.
Conduct weekly vehicle inspections on the designated day.
Ensure that each vehicle has the necessary minimum stock of personal protective equipment, safety kits, and tools.
Implement safe conditions and preventive measures to minimize workplace hazards or injuries.
Manage team schedules and timesheets, ensuring that timesheets are reviewed and approved in accordance with HR expectations.
Act as the backup Delivery Technician during periods of high Ready-To-Schedule tasks, provide training for new technicians on delivery routes, and cover shifts when technicians are on PTO or have unexpected absences.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
High School or equivalent required.
Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

The Seasoning Operator is responsible for seasoning product to required standards while maintaining a continuous flow of product to the packaging lines. Responsibilities include making minor adjustments to the machinery to achieve the correct product and seasoning flow, troubleshooting, maintenance of machinery, and record keeping.
