Job Summary:
The Warehouse Team Lead Associate serves as warehouse labor support for the warehouse. Responsible for coordinating warehouse labor activity to assure high levels of warehouse labor production and quality of work. Requirements:

About the Position
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for acting as a coach/leader of warehouse associates. Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall management of events at the complex. This position provides direction, training and development opportunities to front-line managers and part-time staff during events. The Operations Manager will work closely with outside event owners, other department leaders in order to successfully accomplish these responsibilities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Hire, train and oversee part time staff to ensure compliance with SFM policies and additional applicable laws

Oversees the administration and high level of detail required in the organization of events

To be on-site at events and take responsibility for the various aspects of managing personnel and production

Builds an overall understanding of the events in the company portfolio, their operational aims and their revenue streams
Communication with other departments within the events team including marketing and sales
Ensures all health & safety, quality control, expense management, security, procedures, and, facility maintenance

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in management, sports management, business or related field with 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role in operational management and/or event management
