How You'll Work
Location: Onsite - 1510 Antioch Church Rd Greenville, SC
Schedule: Monday-Friday (4:00 AM-12:00 PM)
Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary/hourly wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $70,000-$75,000 per year. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.
Incentives: Eligible for performance-based bonus or commission programs, as applicable.

About the Role
As Manager - Warehouse, you'll lead operations at our new facility supporting Whirlpool. You'll oversee warehouse staff and contractor personnel, ensuring the safe and efficient flow of products. From scheduling and inventory management to driver/installer accountability and facility safety, this role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to think quickly under pressure. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering CRST's promise of safety, quality, and reliable service to our Whirlpool partner.
What You'll Do
Lead & Develop: Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse employees while managing contractor drivers/installers
Operations Oversight: Direct daily receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory functions with focus on accuracy and timeliness
Contractor Accountability: Ensure contractors are held to performance and safety standards, supporting Whirlpool's service expectations
Safety & Compliance: Train staff, maintain OSHA records, and uphold a safe and compliant work environment
Facility Management: Oversee warehouse cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and overall operational readiness
Reporting & Communication: Deliver accurate reporting, coordinate schedules, and interact with clients and customers as needed

Qualifications
5+ years of distribution center/logistics/warehouse experience
3+ years of managerial experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered

Description
Candidate must be able to effectively manage a 50,000 square foot facility and oversee the workflow of 10-15 employees. This is a fast-paced environment. It's essential to have a “can do” attitude and able to multitask.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Setting standards, goals, and schedules based on labor availability, and workload.
Overseeing picking, shipping and receiving to ensure that schedules are met.
Organizing the warehouse to maximize efficiency and control waste.
Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
Assure that a safe work environment is maintained, and employees follow safety procedures.
Coordinate warehouse activities with Inventory, and Operations Managers.

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
