Sanjay Bhatnagar is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a master’s degree in Engineering from Stanford University. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard University. Prior to joining our Company, he has worked with Enron India Private Limited, WaterHealth International Inc. and the THOT Capital Group LLC. He has also served as the chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in India and as a board member of the US India Strategic Partnership Forum. He has over 15 years of experience in project development, marketing and operations management. He has been a Director on our Board since 2018.

Ranabir Dutt joined WaterHealth International as a CFO in 2009. He has a proven track record of executing large, complex, challenging financings and restructurings at both a national and international level. Prior to joining WHI, Ranabir served as the Corporate Treasurer of AEI (formerly known as Ashmore Energy International), a Houston, Texas-based company that is a leading privately-held owner, operator and developer of energy infrastructure assets in emerging markets, with energy assets in 20 countries. Ranabir received an MBA from Rice University and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from St. Xavier's College, University of Bombay, India.Prior to his work with AEI, Ranabir held various senior level finance positions at Prisma Energy International and at Enron Corporation in Houston, Texas. He has raised in excess of $5 billion of funds at the corporate and project level and has extensive experience in treasury processes, systems and risk management.
