Between 1996 and 2002, Mr. Yaudes worked with the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen as a Manager in the Audit and Business Advisory Services group. Mr. Yaudes holds a bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University and holds the designation as a Certified Public Accountant. He and his family reside in Huntersville, North Carolina.
