Yes, Clearwater Paper drug tests. Clearwater Paper has a strict no-drug policy. A pre-employment drug test is administered to all new employees as part of the onboarding process. Clearwater Paper also has the right to drug test any employee involved in a workplace accident or suspected of being intoxicated while at work.
Clearwater Paper uses a urine or saliva sample test performed by a local third-party lab, usually Quest Diagnostics. Failure to take the drug test within the allocated time results in a candidate's automatic removal from the onboarding process and a rescinded employment offer. If an employee fails a drug test or refuses the drug screening, they must reapply again after one year.
