Yes, Jeld Wen drug tests prior to an offer of employment. The drug test is a mouth swab that will be collected at a predetermined off-site laboratory location.

In addition to a pre-employment screening, Jeld Wen reserves the right to drug test an employee at any time if substance use is suspected or if a workplace accident occurs. If a drug test is required and the result is positive, that can void any worker's compensation claims and result in disciplinary action, including termination.
