This question is about sales person skills.
In sales, a draw works as a regular payout instead of a periodic payment. A draw is not a salary. Basically, a draw is an advance against future anticipated commission earnings. A business assumes a number for someone's anticipated commissions, and they are then paid that number, even though they have not earned those commissions just yet.
Draws are regular commission payments in sales. Generally, there is an agreed-upon number that is given each pay period. If someone makes more commission than expected, they then receive that as a bonus at a later date. For example, someone may receive $600 per week. If their commission equals more than this, they get a bonus at the end of a certain time.
