No, it is not hard to get a job at AGCO, although drug tests and background checks are required. Employees have reported a quick and easy hiring process despite these steps.
There are three basic steps to the hiring process at AGCO:
Application: Prospective employees are encouraged to apply via AGCO's career page. You will be prompted to create an online profile if you don't already have one, and then you will be able to submit your application.
Pre-screening text messages or assessments may be sent to you, or you will be contacted by a member of the internal recruitment team regarding the next steps.
Interview: Your application will be reviewed, and if your skills seem to be a match for the role, you will be contacted to start the interview process.
Offer and Onboarding: If you are selected for the role, a member of the internal recruitment team will contact you to review the offer letter details, benefits, and more information on your new career at AGCO.
Once you have accepted an offer, you will be asked to complete forms and start the pre-onboarding process. You will also be required to submit for a drug test and background check. The internal recruitment team member will provide you with more detailed information on how to complete these steps.
