For a call center job resume, you should put experience and qualifications that highlight core skills needed for working in a call center, such as outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
This includes creating a profile summary, work experience, education, and skills section that showcases to the hiring manager that you would excel in the position if given the opportunity.
For the profile summary, you should add two to three sentence snapshots into who you are as a candidate and what your strongest skills are.
