    The Store Consultant consistently delivers a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions. This customer service focused team member is knowledgeable in all areas of the Store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. They will be responsible for taking orders, coordinating activities in the Store, providing pricing and product information, and recommending appropriate FedEx Office products and services. The Store Consultant will operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, move boxes and equipment, stock materials, manage the production queue and output, manage complex projects, manage retail supply, and complete assigned tasks based on priority. Designate pilot(s) and aircraft for each flight. Record required fuel load. Record passenger and freight load. Prepare Flight Manifest forms. Conducts flight following duties. Notify the Director of Operations of any abnormal occurrence regarding any phase of operation. Responsible for notifying maintenance when advised by flight crews of maintenance issues. Ensure revision data company aircraft are forwarded to those aircraft as expeditiously as possible. Track and maintain crew operational legality. Assist with the financial recording and tracking for receipts and billings, as directed by the Station Manager or President. Monitors the departure of the flight form the place of origin and arrival at the place of destination, including intermediate stops and diversions. Passes along information about maintenance and mechanical delays encountered at place of origin and destination and intermediate stops. Advises the flight crews and the operation staff of any known conditions that may adversely affect the safety of the flight. Perform other duties as assigned. Preferably you have: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Three (3) years professional work experience in aviation field operating under Part-135 or Part-121 preferred.
