Raymond Tse is a Regional Chief Financial Officer at AxiomSL and is based in Singapore. He has worked as Tax Consultant at KPMG AUSTRALIA and Director, APAC Regional head -Finance IT at UBS. Raymond studied at UNIVERSITY OF MELBOURNE.

Dianne Miller is a CFO - EMEA at AxiomSL and is based in London, Greater London, United Kingdom. She has worked as Financial Analyst at GSK plc, Project Lead at GSK plc, and Finance Lead - HR Services at Shell. Dianne attended PeopleCert between 2015 and 2015, CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND between 2002 and 2004, and RMIT University between 1999 and 2002.

Joshua Geller is Chief Legal Officer, overseeing all legal matters for Adenza.

Prior to AxiomSL, Josh was a partner in the Corporate Department of Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP where he was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Client, and Investment Management practice groups, counseling clients on a wide range of strategic transactions across different industries. Josh joined Curtis as a summer associate and held associate and counsel roles before being named partner.

Josh holds a BA in Economics from Yeshiva University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and a JD from Fordham University, where he was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey. He is a member of the New York City Bar Association, where he serves as a member of the Trade Secrets Committee.

Vlad Etkin is the Chief Information Officer of AxiomSL. Mr. Etkin, who joined AxiomSL in 1992, has been instrumental in developing and implementing the software architecture that has enabled the company’s product suite to be recognized as a leader in successfully delivering regulatory reporting solutions at leading financial institutions. Prior to joining AxiomSL in 1992, Mr. Etkin managed a group of programmers in creating one of the first FMS/ERP programs in Ukraine. Mr. Etkin also participated in – and then headed a group of programmers – the design of operating system and programs for numeric control devices for grinding machines. These devices were used to handle high-speed grinding of complex surfaces. Mr. Etkin earned his degree in theoretical physics from Kharkov University, Ukraine.

As Chief Operating & Financial Officer (COO & CFO) for AxoimSL, responsible for supporting the growth of the company. Accomplished as a leader in establishing organizations, processes and systems. Understands requirements for delivering strong financial and operational results. Has broad experience in sales, professional services, enterprise software development, client relationships and SaaS. Background includes mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships, process implementation and strategy development & execution.
