To assist the company in meeting the company's obligations under state and federal law and regulation, Provider shall complete and submit reports to the company. Arrange and establish routine or emergency medical and dental care for the Individual consistent with the Individual's Service Plan and with due regard for the Individual's physical and emotional needs.
