Matt Calkins is founder and CEO of Appian. Matt grew Appian from a startup in his basement to the most successful software IPO of 2017 with just $10 million of outside capital. He has served on the board for the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the Virginia Public Access Project and the Sorensen Institute. Matt was top Economics graduate of his class at Dartmouth. He is the author of several award-winning board games, and is frequently a top finisher at the World Boardgaming Championships.

Didier Bouillard joined Calypso as CEO in April 2018 and is based in London. Prior to Calypso Didier served as CEO of Ullink, global provider of connectivity and trading services, beginning early 2015. The main objective of the assignment was to merge NYFIX, acquired by Ullink late 2014, and to transition the overall group from a founder led business into a professionalized Private Equity owned business. After experiencing multiple years of steady growth of revenues and profits Ullink was successfully sold to Nordic Capital backed Itiviti. Prior to Ullink Mr Bouillard was Executive Vice President at Sungard Financial Systems (now part of FIS) and operated a substantial part of the Capital Markets and Electronic Trading division, playing a key role in the global distribution. Didier started his career in the 1990’s and has been part of successful entrepreneurial ventures providing leadership as partner, Managing Director and CEO (Ubitrade, Capital Fund Management, Fermat) where he gained extensive knowledge of the capital market industry as well as a true international exposure. Mr. Bouillard graduated from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in 1988.

John Frederick is Skillsoft’s Chief Administrative Officer where he oversees the company’s strategy, business planning and administrative teams, including Finance and HR. In addition to his organizational responsibilities, John will work closely with CEO, the Board, our shareholders and our senior leadership team to drive the evolution of our strategy and support the transformation of our core business processes in support of that strategy. John has more than 20 years of experience leading operating and administrative functions within private and public companies with revenues ranging from $60 million to more than $2 billion. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of SnagAJob.com, the largest platform for hourly work, connecting more than 100 million unique visitors annually with employment opportunities at 300,000 employer locations in the US and Canada. Prior to Snag, John was the Chief Financial Officer of Synchronoss Technologies, and prior to that was the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative and Financial Officer of Avid Technology. Before joining Avid, he held senior finance and administrative roles in consumer product and technology companies.

Amy has worked as Global Head:Product Mgmt at Ventyx, Chief Operating Officer at P2 Energy Solutions, and Chief Executive Officer at P2 Energy Solutions. She works or has worked at The Structure Group. Amy attended Northwestern University.

George D. Schindler is President and Chief Executive Officer of CGI and a member of its Board of Directors. He was appointed to the position in October 2016 to lead the development and execution of the company’s "Build and Buy" profitable growth strategy. Under his leadership, CGI’s professionals around the world partner with clients to lead, innovate and deliver on the transformational power of technology in a digitally connected world. Most recently, Mr. Schindler served as President and Chief Operating Officer since May 2015, where he led the company’s global operations. Since joining CGI through the company’s acquisition of American Management Systems, Inc. (AMS), Mr. Schindler has served in numerous leadership roles across CGI’s operations, including as President of the U.S. business from 2011 where he led the strategy and growth of the team in the delivery of CGI’s end-to-end services and solutions for commercial and government clients. In prior leadership roles, Mr. Schindler led the company’s Canadian operations, its portfolio of banking and investments IP, and was responsible for operations in the Greater New York region. From 2006 to 2011, Mr. Schindler served as President of CGI Federal, a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary serving U.S. government clients. As President, he led the integration of a $1 billion acquisition, adding capabilities and scale to the overall U.S. business. A recognized industry leader, Mr. Schindler is based at the company’s global headquarters in Montréal, and frequently speaks and writes about technology and business strategy topics. He maintains an active involvement in the community and is one of the executive sponsors for CGI’s Dream Connectors program, which connects the talents of the firm’s professionals with the needs of the more than 400 communities where they live and work every day. Mr. Schindler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Purdue University.

Pepper Harward is a Chief Executive Officer at ROUTEMATCH SOFTWARE INC and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. He has worked as President at Magellan21; National Sales Manager at FMC Software Solutions; and Director, Sales & Relationship Management at Trapeze Group. Pepper studied at Georgetown University Law Center and University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business.
