Job Summary: Seastreak is now hiring customer service representatives to work in our offices in New Jersey and on the docks in NYC. Representatives assigned to working the docks in NYC take the ferry up to NYC at the beginning of the shift and back at the end of the shift. We are an equal opportunity employer. Primary Responsibilities: Answering phones Selling tickets and making reservations by phone and in person, using an online booking system Scanning tickets as passengers board Responding to customer questions and inquiries Organizing passenger lines Skills and Qualifications: High School diploma Experience in customer service (preferred) Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) after being hired.
