Chemours is seeking a Customer Excellence Representative to join our Titanium Technologies team! This position will report directly to the NA TT Customer Service Manager .
The Customer Excellence Representative role is a critical liaison between the customer and the Titanium Technologies business. This role will work closely with sales, supply chain, demand management, warehousing, and logistics to uphold and deliver upon the expectations of our customers.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash Process
Onboard New Customers
Process customer orders and returns
Develop and manage customer relationships
Monitor orders through delivery
Collaborate with Supply Chain and plant sites on order fulfillment
Initiate Customer complaint investigations as needed
Follow up on invoice/accounts receivable disputes
Implement pricing changes
Manage desk in accordance with internal control requirements
Share customer feedback and insights with the sales team
Serve as a critical interface with customers and develop solid business relationships with all customer contacts
Ownership of processes related to invoicing, pricing, rebates, discrepancies, invoice disputes, and credit/debit memos
Initiate Customer complaint investigations as needed
Participate and drive simplification initiatives to streamline work processes and improve customer experience
Actively support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal company controls

Major Job Duties:
Handle inbound calls by asking probing questions to uncover sales and service opportunities
Evaluate sales methods and company programs to meet current customer needs and develop potential business leads
Address customer issues and respond to all inquiries including, but not limited to, pricing, billing, products, grievances and new account set-up
Handle each call with a high level of professionalism, warmth and eagerness
Possess a working knowledge of all ThompsonGas products and service offerings
Hold a thorough understanding of policies and procedures related to safety, product delivery and service
Provide timely and accurate information on customer order status
Lead outbound calling operations in effort to collect from past due customers
Enter and update customer account information in CARGAS and MPX systems
Process billing payments for walk-in customers
Responsible for processing driver daily paperwork
Education and Experience:
Degree or equivalent experience required
3+ years of Customer Service experience (Call center experience preferred)
Sales experience strongly preferred; ability to upsell products in highly competitive environment a must
Previous experience with CARGAS and MPX systems preferred, but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on developing a positive rapport with customers
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office and data entry skills
Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
High level of ownership and accountability for resolving customer problems in a professional and enthusiastic manner
Flexible to work OT and weekends as needed during busy season

Job Description
A leading company in Chester, PA is seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative to support their team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling customer inquiries over the phone and via email, and entering customer information into internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
Location: Chester, PA (On-site)
Pay Rate: $16-$18/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Assignment Length: Approx. 3 months with a possibility for extension
