Brian Gragnolati is President & CEO of Atlantic Health System. He also serves as Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the American Hospital Association (AHA), dedicated to leading, representing and serving hospitals and health systems in their work to advance the health of individuals and communities. In 2007 and again in 2015, Brian received the AHA’s Partnership for Action Grassroots Champion Award, recognizing a hospital leader who has effectively educated elected officials on major issues affecting hospitals, while advocating for patients and the community. With $3 billion in revenue and 17,000 employees, Atlantic Health System serves more than half the state of New Jersey, including 11 counties and 4.9 million people. The system cares for patients at more than 400 sites of care, including Chilton Medical Center in Pompton Plains, Goryeb Children’s Hospital and Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, Hackettstown Medical Center in Hackettstown, Overlook Medical Center in Summit, Newton Medical Center in Newton, Atlantic Rehabilitation Institute, Atlantic Visiting Nurse, Atlantic Ambulance Corporation and Atlantic Medical Group, which employs over 1,100 community-based physicians. Prior to his tenure at Atlantic Health System, Brian served as Senior Vice President, Community Division of Johns Hopkins Medicine and President and CEO of Suburban Hospital. He previously held executive positions at WellSpan Health, the Medical Center Hospital of Vermont and Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Systems Analysis from the University of Connecticut, an MBA from Western New England College and an Executive Leadership Certificate from the JFK School at Harvard University. He is an active member of the board of Paper Mill Playhouse. He and his wife, Donna, live in Mendham, New Jersey.

Steve Davis, MD, MMM, is chief operating officer at Cincinnati Children’s. His clinical background in pediatric clinical care medicine, as well as the hospital’s mission to be the leader in improving child health, informs his work. In support of that mission, Dr. Davis and his team lead the ongoing effort to maximize operational performance at Cincinnati Children’s.

Vedner Guerrier, MBA, LSSBB are a Chief Executive Officer at MEMORIAL HEALTHCARE SYSTEM and are based in Miramar, Florida. They have worked as Manager of Radiation Oncology at MEMORIAL HEALTHCARE SYSTEM, Vice President Oncology Services at MEMORIAL HEALTHCARE SYSTEM, and Director Physicians Practices at MEMORIAL HEALTHCARE SYSTEM. Vedner studied at Broward College and Florida International University - FIU.

Jeffrey R. Balser (born in 1962) is the president and CEO of Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) and dean of the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine (VUSM). Balser is a 1990 graduate of the Vanderbilt M.D./Ph.D. program in pharmacology and subsequently completed residency training in anesthesiology and fellowship training in critical care medicine at Johns Hopkins. He continued to work at Johns Hopkins as a cardiac anesthesiologist and ICU physician before returning to Vanderbilt University and joining VUMC in 1998. Balser was appointed dean of the VUSM in 2008 and, the following year, was appointed the vice chancellor for health affairs at Vanderbilt, in charge of the medical center. He became president and CEO of VUMC in 2016 when the medical center became a financially distinct non-profit organization.
