Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Monitor and assess subcontractor performance to ensure high standards of workmanship. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to plans, drawings, and specifications. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in construction management or as a Superintendent, with a focus on industrial and commercial projects (warehouses, distribution centers, logistics, retail, medical, office). Proven ability to manage and oversee large-scale construction projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and safety protocols. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with construction project management software and tools. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites.
