    We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to schedule and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with estimators, engineers, subcontractors, field personnel, and clients to ensure successful project completion. Essential Skills * Experience in Electrical Project Management with projects sized between $10k to $1M. * Proficiency in reading specifications of electrical drawings. * Proficiency in project management software such as Procore and Microsoft Project. * Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and local codes. Additional Skills & Qualifications * RCDD certification is a plus. Work Environment This position is primarily office-based with regular travel to job sites and other branch offices, accounting for about 20% of the time. It may require occasional evening or weekend work depending on project needs. The candidate must be able to walk construction sites, climb ladders, and navigate active job sites safely. You will be part of a team of about three project managers. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr. 1. 100% ESOP - we are 100% employee owned. The ESOP operates as a retirement plan for our employees. The typical contribution of stock and/or cash to an employee's account has been WELL over 20% the last 5 years. 2. NECA-IBEW Pension Trust Fund - we contribute 5% of an employee's salary. The net benefit payout per month is 1% of the balance of all prior contributions made. 3. NEBF Pension - we contribute 3% of an employee's salary. The net benefit payout per month is $33 times the years of service. 4. Health, dental, vision insurance is 100% employer funded for employee AND family through the NECA-IBEW Welfare Trust Fund 5. 401k Plan - no company match (ESOP is better than any match) 6. 2 weeks PTO per year 7. 13 days PTO per year escalating incrementally every 5 years to a maximum of 20 days 8. 8 paid holidays per year 9.
