WORK ENVIRONMENT Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project demands. Most of the individual's time is spent on site, either in the site office or outside inspecting and supervising work. Occasional trips are necessary to the main office, to the Owner's location or to the Architect's office. These locations are visited throughout the year and during all weather conditions. This position requires the ability to navigate around and through, construction job sites and office facilities. The individual must be able to walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel and crouch. The individual will be required to stand for prolonged periods. The individual must be able to reach with hands and arms and must be able to lift items of up to 50 lbs. without assistance. The individual must be able to give verbal instructions to tradesmen and subcontractors.
