Position Summary: The Senior Superintendent is accountable for managing all field operations on assigned project(s) to ensure safe, timely, and profitable completion. Major Duties & Responsibilities: Implement and uphold company safety policies and promote a strong safety culture. Foster and maintain an Injury-Free Environment through personal example and mentoring. Direct daily on-site supervision of the field labor force and trade partners. Review and approve trade contractor pay applications and material invoices in collaboration with the Project Manager. Develop and maintain detailed site logistics and phasing plans. Manage project quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) programs and MEP coordination. Oversee site testing and inspection reports. Monitor and control project costs, labor hours, and material usage. Manage self-perform work activities when applicable. Maintain and update CPM and look-ahead schedules. Develop and execute project-specific safety, HazCom, SWPPP, and QA/QC plans. Lead and participate in project meetings, including preconstruction, subcontractor, owner, and safety meetings. Prepare daily reports and track field production quantities. Assist with preconstruction and estimating efforts as needed. Ensure all required permits are obtained and inspections are completed.
