Job Description A Snow Crew Member is a flexible schedule position that allows you to work when you are available (on-call, as needed). Snow shovelers are responsible for snow removal with either a manual shovel or snow removal equipment. As a Snow Shoveler at Schill Grounds Management, you must be able to perform the following essential functions of the job: Attend meetings at the Branch, if requested.
