John S. Mengucci is Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations for CACI International Inc. In this role, he has primary responsibility for all of the company's domestic, federal, state, and local markets and oversees the company's main business groups - Enterprise Solutions and Services; Healthcare, Litigation, and Enterprise IT; Mission Solutions and Services; National and Cyber Solutions; and National Services. Mr. Mengucci possesses a strong track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies and managing large operations for peak performance to continue CACI's sustained growth and success. Prior to joining CACI, Mr. Mengucci was President of the Lockheed Martin Corporation's Information Systems and Global Solutions - Civil Product Line. In this position, he led a 13,000-person, $4 billion business area. His group served clients such as the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Federal Aviation Administration, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and many other federal agencies. He oversaw additional growth markets as well as investments in health, energy, and financial markets. Mr. Mengucci's previous positions at Lockheed Martin included serving as President of Information Systems and Global Solutions - Defense. In this role, his responsibilities included the execution and growth of a $3.5 billion business area providing intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance; command and control; data fusion; and IT solutions and services to domestic and international defense departments. Before this, Mr. Mengucci held increasingly responsible executive roles with Lockheed Martin, beginning with his position as director of Martin Marietta Corporation's Electronic Systems Radar Product Support Division in 1992. Mr. Mengucci's professional and community affiliations include having served as a board member for the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Junior Achievement; sitting on the board of directors for the Tech America Public Sector Board and the RTCA NextGen Advisory Committee; and serving as a youth travel soccer coach and recreational baseball coach. He has received the President's Volunteer Service Award every year since 2006. Mr. Mengucci holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Clarkson College of Technology and a master's of business administration in organizational management from Syracuse University.

Tom Arseneault is president and CEO of BAE Systems, Inc., the company’s U.S.-based, international defense, aerospace, and security company with more than 35,000 employees and major operations in the U.S., UK, and Sweden. Ranking among the top 10 prime contractors to the U.S. Department of Defense, the company generated sales revenues of nearly $11.5 billion in 2019, delivering a full range of products and services across a broad and diverse portfolio for air, land and naval forces, as well as advanced electronics, commercial avionics, security, IT solutions and support services. Arseneault is also an executive director on the BAE Systems plc Board of Directors, a member of the company’s Executive Committee, and an officer director on the BAE Systems, Inc. Board of Directors. Throughout his career, Arseneault has led complex organizations responsible for fulfilling critical and technologically challenging missions. Recently he served as president and COO for the organization and was integral to its return to profitable growth. Previously, he was president of the company’s Electronic Systems Sector, responsible for operations spanning the commercial and defense electronics markets, and its extensive portfolio of mission critical electronic systems. He also served as executive vice president of BAE Systems’ Product Sectors, responsible for articulating and executing a vision that drove optimal business performance across the Electronic Systems and legacy Land & Armaments businesses. Prior to his senior leadership appointments, Arseneault managed various organizations and programs for Sanders, a Lockheed Martin Company, and he remained with the unit when it was acquired by BAE Systems in 2000. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of engineering and program management positions with General Electric and TASC. Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from United States Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University. He serves on the ECS board of directors, and is a board member of Professional Services Council, Brain Injury Services, and the Washington Choral Arts. Mr. Wilson received the 2018 Wash100 award, recognizing his impact in the GovCon sector.
