Peter Vonk has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Vonk has extensive broker-dealer and investment advisory compliance experience in all investment channels, including major wire house, financial institution and independent contractor models. He has a strong background in developing automated compliance systems and oversees compliance, registration and legal.

Kevin Mummau is a Board Member at BISA, Bank Insurance & Securities Association; CRO Chief Relationship Officer at SORRENTO PACIFIC FINANCIAL LLC; and CRO Chief Relationship Officer at CUSO Financial Services and is based in Carlsbad, California. He has experience at Center for Food Safety and has worked as Regional Relationship Manager at Sentra Securities and President at LCCPW. Kevin attended Shippensburg University until 1976 and Penn State University between 1977 and 1981.

Seasoned professional with 30 years of experience in the securities industry who founded and leads two broker dealers to serve financial institutions and their clients, specifically, CFS for credit unions and SPF for regional and local banks. Previously served as Vice President of Operations for both a large, national broker dealer and the broker-dealer division of a large domestic bank. Has high-level and comprehensive experience consulting with new and existing broker dealers and investment advisors focusing on areas including operations; clearing firm services and negotiations; and marketing, trading and registration.

Holds multiple licenses including qualified general securities representative (Series 7), general securities principal (Series 24), registered options principal (Series 4), municipal securities principal (Series 53), registered investment advisor (Series 65), and a life, disability and health insurance licenses agent. Also completed the interstate securities examination (Series 63).

As COO of CFS & SPF, Beattie is responsible for the day to day operations in both companies and for guiding the development of the technology systems that have elevated the companies to a leading position in the credit union and brokerage industries.

Dan Kilroy has more than 20 years of experience working with broker-dealers and investment management firms. He brings expertise in corporate financial planning and analysis as well as business development and management reporting. Mr. Kilroy is responsible for oversight of finance, accounting, and commissions.

Ted Horwith is CFO of CFS and SPF and is responsible for the firms’ finance, accounting and reporting functions. In his previous role as Controller of Cetera Financial Group’s broker-dealer network, he was instrumental in the growth and harmonization of the businesses, leading a variety of finance initiatives and transactions. Ted began his career with Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he managed the banking and securities practices of the San Francisco and Honolulu offices and managed the teams responsible for providing audit and advisory services to a variety of publicly traded and privately held financial institutions. Ted received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a licensed CPA and holds Series 27 and 99 securities registrations.
