The Director of Global CustomerService Enablement is a critical position that will develop and drive various strategies and execute plans to improve the customerservice experience, increase global efficiency and enable the business to achieve scalable growth. Design & continuously refine processes, roles, tools & metrics.
Cultivate strong relationships across the organization and partner with business units to solve problems and identify business improvement opportunities.

What You Bring to the Team

5+ years of experience leading and developing front line and service enablement teams
5+ years of experience coordinating process, performance, system and tech improvements for a global company and across owned and third party-BPO environments
Proven track record of delivering multi million dollar improvements to customer experience, efficiency or revenue optimization.
Proven expertise with customer journey mapping and solutions design/ implementation.
Proven expertise in service optimization, service KPI design and reporting, and

Purpose:

Reporting relationship and other important information
The GMI position as described falls under the Fair Labor Standards act as an Exempt position, under both the Administrative Exemption and the Executive Exemption tests.
The position typically reports to the Director of Operations, or an intermediate zone, cluster or area leader within the assigned location.
The GMI position is expected to work a varied and rotating schedule to be on site at various operating days and hours each week; some opening shifts, during some busy dayparts, and during some closing shifts to monitor restaurant associates' work activities during these different days and times.
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:
GMIs must have documented and demonstrated skills managing the types of restaurants (QSR, Casual Dine, Full Service, similar complexity, Union and Non-Union, etc.) to which the role is assigned, to include overall responsibility for success and failure of the restaurant under their leadership as identified by P&L success for multiple annual cycles for the type or restaurant assigned. Weekly production meetings with Head Office to go over General Manager Delivery and Sales.
Keeps the building stocked with all necessities to operate including cleaning supplies, bath tissue, cleaning equipment, hand soaps, etc.

Creates relationships with the community and other vendors to establish a network of wedding and event professionals that help bring business to the venue.
