Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

As a Spectrum intern, you'll spend the summer working alongside two teams - your respective department and your intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 27th, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.
Internship responsibilities may include
* Creating detailed process design documents to guide automation development
* Developing automation-level insights dashboards and integrating automation metrics into business unit dashboards
* Ensuring Development, QA, and Operations teams fully understand project scope and requirements during transitions
* Engaging with business units to understand processes, document requirements, and draft process design documents
Required qualifications
* Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
* Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
* Must have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
* Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
* Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
* Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently
* Analytical skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access

PowerSecure's Applications Technology team Functional AI Business Analyst Intern will support our AI buildout initiative aimed at developing innovative, business-driven AI solutions across the organization. This position will work closely with the Functional and Technical teams to identify business use cases for AI, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and help position PowerSecure on the forefront of AI adoption in the energy and manufacturing technology space.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for AI driven process improvements.
