Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field. 1-2 years of relevant real estate finance, investment banking, or private equity experience (multifamily experience preferred). Advanced Excel proficiency and strong quantitative/financial modeling skills; Argus experience a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
