Dave’s diverse financial management career includes roles at pre-revenue start-ups, revenue based start-ups and established private and publicly-held companies in the technology sector. He has hands-on experience creating and managing accounting processes and control systems along with managing administrative operations and board and investor relations. Prior to Identify, Dave served as a Managing Director of Buckelous Ventures and a partner with TechCXO where he helped a number of pre-revenue start-ups, dealt with turnaround challenges and helped growing companies continue their upward path, serving them as interim president, CFO, COO and board advisor. In addition, he has been the Chief Financial Officer for a number of public and private companies in the software, professional services, health care and Internet segments of the technology industry. Among Dave’s accomplishments was directing the sale of Ryla, a fast-growing call center solutions provider while he served as its CFO. He also was CFO of Internap Network Services, an industry leader in route control technology and a provider of high-performance solutions for business critical applications, and AppliedTheory Inc., a publicly-traded applications hosting and web services company that Dave helped guide from start-up through an IPO. In addition, he was on the board of directors of SouthPeak Gaming and Gigabeam (public companies) as well as Racemi Inc., serving as the audit committee chair for each of these companies. Dave also brings to Identify an extensive skill-set in deal structuring, fund raising, M&A, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, among other capabilities. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Canisius College, New York, He holds an MBA in Operations Management and Finance from Syracuse University and he is a Certified Management Accountant.

James White is a Chief Solutions Officer at Data Intensity and is based in Greater Detroit Area. He has worked as VP of Information Technology at FMF Capital. James works or has worked as Vice President of Solution Architect at Secure-24. He attended Baker College of Auburn Hills.

Justin is a technology leader who drives innovation and vision. At Data Intensity, he leads a team responsible for technology strategy focused on delivering solutions to customer need and driving product innovation.

Before being promoted to CTO, Justin led the company’s strategic engineering function as Senior Director as well as cloud and infrastructure engineering organization as Senior Director. Prior to joining Data Intensity in 2011, Justin served in various engineering and innovation roles during a 9 year tenure at Boingo Wireless, and started his career at LoudCloud Inc.

Louis Faustini is a Chief Operating Officer at Data Intensity and is based in Bedford, Massachusetts. He has worked as Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Capital, Senior Vice President at CompuCom Systems Inc., and President and Chairman at CompuCom Systems Inc..

Shawn is a hands-on leader with over 35 years of experience in finance, human resources, and operations in the technology services arena. He owns a particular level of success working with technology services companies during periods of accelerated growth. At Data Intensity, he leads a global team dedicated to both financial and people excellence.

Prior to joining Data Intensity, Shawn spent 11 years as VP and Controller at Covansys, managing a 20-fold growth during his tenure. Most recently, Shawn spent eight years as CFO of Secure-24 / NTT Managed Services, leading the company through a substantial growth and profitability period. He has led multiple acquisitions, created unique and innovative HR programs, as well as completed successful ERP system implementations and enhancements.

Shawn graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit and earned his CPA at Arthur Anderson.
