JOB SUMMARY

JOB TYPE, SUPERVISION AND REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

RESPONSIBILITIES
Focus: Reflect the overarching purpose of the school, which is to honor Christ, in every activity. Help enforce the school's behavior and safety policies while maintaining a loving, Christ-centered atmosphere.
Supervision and discipline: Supervise students in Preschool 3 through Grade 6 during after-school activities. Assigned activities and student age group may vary daily. Organize and lead assigned activities such as games and outdoor play that promote social, emotional, and spiritual development. Assist students with homework and provide educational support as needed. Assist with set-up and clean-up after activities, ensuring spaces are left in good order for the next day. Keep proper discipline in the classroom and on all school premises. Follow the Matthew 18 principle in dealing with conflict.
Safety: Ensure students' safety at all times, both indoors and outdoors, by maintaining vigilance and following established protocols. Know the procedures for dealing with emergency situations.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities, both at home and in their community, helping them live as independently as possible.
Your work may include:
+ Supporting individuals with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care (i.e. grooming, hygiene, etc.), or transportation
+ Encouraging participation in social and community activities such as shopping, social events, etc.
+ Helping people achieve personal goals and celebrating progress
+ Promoting choice, independence, and self-advocacy
+ Accurately documenting care, activities, and progress
+ Communicating with team members to ensure consistent, quality support
**Eligibility Requirements:**
+ At least 18 years old
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Successful background check and required training
+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance (primary or secondary)
+ Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients' homes and communities
+ Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and/or autism, including implementing Individual Activity Support Plans (ASP) and Plans of Service and Supports (PSS).
+ Experience using foundational behavior-support strategies such as redirection, visual prompting, and environmental modification.

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily office operations in Jacksonville, FL. The Branch Manager will also ensure quality service delivery to all of our clients. This is an ideal role for individuals with experience providing leadership in a healthcare setting. Work hours for this role are normally Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM but will vary to support business needs.

Responsibilities
* Organize and administer all services and office operations within the service areas.
* Oversee recruitment, screening, selection and training for all field and administrative staff.
* Implement and interpret service and operations policies.
* Delegate duties and establish proper accountability for staff members.
* Supervise and direct services and operations of staff.
* Coordinate recognition program within the company
* Maintain liaison with local contracting entity with regard to contract services and operations.

* Coordinate the opening of new cases.

* Perform monthly service calls to clients to ensure adequate caregiver performance and client satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in social service administration, 3 years of experience in the provision of in-home services to the elderly and/or disabled, OR a degree from an accredited four-year institution
* Experience with in-home care services
* Valid driver's license
* Access to fully insured and reliable transportation
* Availability to be On-Call for caseload-related crises.
* Professional oral and written communication skills
* Ability to organize, administer, and evaluate ongoing services in a multi-phased operation.
