Duties include supporting consumers with goals established in their person-centered plans (PCP), community inclusion for the consumer, documenting events and activities that occur throughout the day with the consumer through the use of several State of Maine and proprietary forms, and in some instances personal care. Must have COVID 19 Vaccination with copy of card provided at time of interview. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Consumer Care The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will support consumers at home and in the community with activities of daily living (ADL). DSPs should know each member's PCP goals and work actively to achieve or work towards those goals on a regular basis.
