Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Yellowstone Club's Outdoor Pursuits Kids department is currently seeking candidates for a Recreation Attendant.
The purpose of the Recreation Attendant is to facilitate activities and events, care for, and provide equipment maintenance in the 20 Below Indoor Recreation Center.
This position is responsible for the care and maintenance of 20 Below; a recreation facility located in the Warren Miller Lodge. It has a movie theater, game room, full rock climbing wall, bouldering wall, sport court, and arts & craft room. Recreation Attendants need to be high energy and enthusiastic; willing to initiate gym games with kids, assist in belaying on the rock wall, knowledge about gaming equipment, and encourage activities in the arts & craft room. There are daily administrative duties such as responding to e-mails. This position has evening shifts.
Responsibilities Include:
Encourage and engage with young members in the facility.
Plan and implement arts and craft activities.
Belay on the rock wall.
Maintain equipment.
Plan and facilitate events.
Assist Supervisor with administrative duties.
Interact with Members and guests with an engaging and friendly attitude.
Field activity questions and movie reservations through e-mails and in person.
Work closely with Outdoor Pursuits Manager and Co-Supervisors on providing effective communication, planning, and organization to ensure all activity needs are met.
Maintain knowledge of services and activities. Know the status, rates, and benefits of all services.
Perform opening and closing duties as necessary.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma, GED or vocational training
1+ years' experience in recreation with youth
2 years' experience with customer service and/or event planning
Bachelor's degree, preferred
3+ years' experience in the field of recreation and/or event planning, preferred
