New hire paperwork for driver (s) and training including LKQU, ISO and DOT. Order RMA, Hot core and core purchase books. Handle or delegate getting vehicle tags, Gas pins, vehicle keys, DOT inspection, DOT physicals, and emission inspections. Filing (vehicle records, PTO, etc.). Assume other duties as assigned. (Must add Manage safely laws, rules and regulations.) Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise the work of others, including planning, assigning and scheduling work, reviewing work and ensuring quality standards, training staff and overseeing productivity. May offer recommendations for hiring, termination and pay adjustments, but do not have final responsibility for making these decisions.
