Supervision encompasses all field operations including: Investigating accidents and passenger incidents and assisting with vehicle breakdowns. Monitoring the performance of Bus Operators to ensure that fixed route service is provided and that Bus Operators perform in accordance with Pace standards. Performing field supervision of Pace fixed route service, special events, and other activities; and performing security checks at transit centers and park-n-rides.
