What you will do:

Maintains productivity based on department standards.
Work account work queues with the purpose of resolving patient disputes by applying coding and billing guidelines.
Communicates with practice managers and/or physicians if applicable.

Farm Production:

Position Overview
The Division of Mental Health is seeking to hire an Educator for the Shapiro Center located in Kankakee, Illinois to develop and provide special education, vocational/habilitation instruction and employability skills. Teen Programs: YAC assistant facilitator, weekly YAC prep (reading scripts, reviewing agenda, event planning, printing weekly materials), minimal YAC email communication, event planning paperwork (event request forms, etc.), day of duties for teen events (teen nights, etc.)
School Programs: administrative support for in-school residencies + educator trainings (printing materials, creating PowerPoints, ordering catering, preparing TA supply bags, etc.), Teaching Artist assistant in CPS classroom for several residencies

The Education + Engagement Apprenticeship is perfect for someone interested in digging deeper into an arts education department at a large-scale theater. POSITION SUMMARY
A substitute teacher at the Chicago High School for the Arts is expected to provide planned instruction to students as outlined by a teacher or administrator. A wide variety of tasks are performed to ensure a high-quality teaching and learning environment for all students. A substitute teacher must be very flexible and be willing to exercise good judgment when making decisions. The candidate must have superior verbal and written communication skills. The Creative Writing Department Head or her designee will monitor the work performed by the substitute teacher.
All Creative Writing classes run 2-5 pm, Monday-Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow the prepared lesson plans left by the permanent teacher
Complete all necessary records accurately i.e., attendance tracking
Have regular correspondence regarding students and school policies
Monitor student behavior at all times, keep students focused and on task
Provide positive feedback and reinforce student achievement
Ensure class space, materials and equipment remain in good condition and are returned appropriately
Encourage appropriate social skills and respect for others
Address and reconcile minor student conflicts and request assistance from administration when support is needed
Provide teachers with records summarizing the day and any issues that need to be addressed with students, and an accurate account of work performance for each period.
Follow the special needs of students, such as medical, modifications, and schedule changes found in the teacher's plan
Employees must demonstrate the ability to maintain the confidentiality of student information
Substitutes are expected to be prompt, reliable, professionally dressed, and follow all ChiArts' policies and guidelines
Additional expectations will be communicated on a day-by-day basis
Qualifications
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree
Professional experience in creative writing or course-related field preferred
