Some mid-level management is Wonderful. The CEO is a Rude, Unprofessional, Demanding jerk.

How would you improve EnableComp's culture?

Get rid of Randy Dobbs. 100%

How did you prepare for the EnableComp interview?

They basically will hire anyone with a good attitude.

How does your compensation at EnableComp compare to the industry average?

In my experience they do not keep up with industry pay or economic changes to facilitate employees having 1 job.

What's the diversity at EnableComp like?

I don't think it's a priority and poc are very rarely in any position of management.

What brings you the most joy at EnableComp?
