To be successful in this role, you should have: A Positive Attitude: Ability to use respectful and customer-centric language with all pantry guests. Physical Stamina: The strength to perform manual tasks (like mopping and lifting) and the ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility: Willingness to work in various environments, including outdoors and around moving warehouse equipment. Age Requirement: Must be 16 years of age or older. Work Environment & Physical Demands This is an active role that keeps you moving! You should be comfortable with: Standing, walking, and reaching for extended periods. Working in a moderately loud environment with moving mechanical parts (forklifts). Frequent time spent outdoors in various weather conditions.
