Description: * Responsible for producing medical and adult use cannabis edibles for the dispensary. Duties include knowledge of portions, recipes, cooking and preparation methods and other possible alterations required to produce edibles and products that meet company standards in addition to meeting Federal and State regulatory standards, to include the Massachusetts CCC, the American National Standards Institute, and the Conferences for Food Protection. * Adhere to all HACCP regulations for sanitation, food handling, and storage, which includes proper food storage and the security of food storage area as well as all related equipment. * Maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas in accordance with regulations, in addition to keeping temperature logs, and other various reports and forms to document cleaning schedule, spillages, product damage, etc. * Must be able to work well with others and work quickly and effectively under pressure. * Must be able to lift cases up to 40 pounds and carry them from storage area to work areas. * Work varied shifts such as weekends, holidays and nights as needed. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
