Education Requirements Baccalaureate degree required Master's degree in preferred Graduated from an American Sign Language - English Interpreting/Translation Program required. National certification from the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf preferred. Must have passed the written portion of the EIPA test. Official college transcripts must be submitted prior to interview. Experience Two years interpreting in the field of ASL-English Interpreting, or a mentorship in the field with a qualified interpreter through an established mentorship program preferred.
