Mark Twain Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time RECOVERY COUNSELORfor our HANNIBAL MISSOURI - COMMUNICATIONS DRIVE location. Responsibilities Provide treatment services to Consumers and maintain clincial record according to standards Conduct Consumer screening, intake and orientation Complete comprehensive substance use assessment and clinical reviews Maintain assigned caseload with a schedule for sessions and engage with consumers at frequency indicated by their current level of care Make referrals to appropriate agencies to meet Consumer and/or family needs Participate in interdisciplinary team planning to discuss pertinent clinical and management issues Provide individual treatment, group treatment, aftercare services, and other services as assigned by the Clinical Director or Program Director When asked and trained, provide clinical supervision for MAACD I/II applicants Adherence to the MTBH Ethical Code of Conduct and all policies is required.
