A Home Depot Installation Services (HDIS) Design Consultant is responsible for selling the Company's exterior and interior product and services to customers. The Design Consultant's primary responsibility is outside sales visits to customer homes and trade shows. Although sales efforts and incidental activities may take place at a customer's home or through virtual channels, a Design Consultant will spend the majority of his or her working time traveling and away from a dedicated office environment. Job Summary:
The New Club / New Fuel / Club Enhancement Project Coordinator (“Club PM”) drives and manages the plans for execution of the technology aspects associated with the opening of new clubs, new fuel stations, and enhancement/remodeling efforts at existing club/fuel locations.

Partners with merchant leadership (SVPs, VPs and Divisionals) to establish a healthy culture for Own Brands and a strong sense of accountability within the merchandising organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Business, Science or related field
>8-10 Years experience in a merchandising, own brand or consumer packaged goods brand management function
Track record of driving exceptional results in a cross functional environment
Analytical strength across a wide variety of data and inputs and the ability to distill data into insights to inform member-centric decision making in product and packaging design
Strong strategic orientation, thought leadership and financial acumen
Capable of defining and driving change while enrolling others
‘One-team' mentality focused on what's best for our members and total BJs in decision making
Exceptional prioritization ability focused on delivering against most important outcomes
This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.
In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ's Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $125,500.00 - $160,000.00
