    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Assists Members in administrative investigations and hearings, disciplinary and grievance matters, Criminal, Civil and other labor/employment cases. Respond to Critical Incidents by appropriate CIRT protocols. Serves on rotating basis for critical incident "on call" duties. Travel to other regions in Texas to represent members or other interests of CLEAT, as needed or as directed by supervisory personnel.
