As an Attorney in our Nursing Home and Medical Malpractice Defense practice, you will play a key role in handling complex healthcare litigation matters. Your responsibilities include:
🔹 Case Strategy & Litigation Management: Evaluating case findings and developing strategic defense arguments for trial.
🔹 Client Counseling & Risk Assessment: Advising clients on litigation risks, case strategy, and legal obligations.
🔹 Courtroom & Mediation Advocacy: Preparing for and attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
